Hasa Chemical, Eloy, Arizona
Successfully completed a minor General Plan Amendment and Rezone to allow the expansion if an existing industrial facility near downtown Eloy on 4.61 acres with OnPoint Architecture for General Industrial uses.
Lock Safe, Phoenix, AZ
Upfront Planning worked with OnPoint Architecture on the successful rezoning, height waiver and variance applications for a 3.75 acre site in north Phoenix to allow a 3-story self storage facility in the North Mountain Village.
Pecan Cove Phase 2
Successfully entitled 8.5 acres in San Tan Valley for 42 new single family units at Combs and Gantzel Roads for a Minor Comprehensive Plan Amendment with a Rezone and a PAD from a commercial zone. Worked with neighbors and County Supervisors through a staff recommendation of denial and a split Planning Commission vote to receive approval. Pecan Cove Phase 1 was highly successful which made Phase 2 highly favored by neighbors.
Bellemont RV & Storage
Provided the entitlement services to amend the zoning on the site to increase the lot coverage allowance on the site to 50% to allow more covered and enclosed spaces. Worked with designer On Point Architecture to also attain Design Review approval for the project.
Rally’s
Worked with the City, Police Department, 19 North Neighborhood Group and On Point Architecture on variances to reduce setbacks on a confined site to ensure the site could be developed to allow a drive-thru fast food restaurant.
Sherwood Park
Jessica was the Project Manager coordinating the original PAD and later the Minor PAD Amendment and Subdivision Plat extensions for the Sherwood Park PAD in Pinal County. She worked with County staff and the Project Engineer, Bowman Consulting, to ensure the project met the County and Client’s needs to receive approval.
